Custom Orders:
Placing a custom order is a commitment to the item purchased. Custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable from the time the order is placed. COLLECTION BY SB's knowledgeable and friendly staff are happy to answer any questions about custom orders to existing stock items such as ring size, chain length, etc.

 

By using the Collections by SB website you accept that:
You agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the below terms and conditions which govern the purchase and use of products from Collections by SB online Collections by SB reserves the right to make changes to, delete, vary or add any information on the Collections by SB website, to the services described therein at any time without notice. These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time, such changes to be effective from posting on the Collections by SB website. The most current version of our terms and conditions will be posted on our website at all times.  Applicable Law & jurisdiction: Your use of the Collections by SB website and any purchase of goods via the website is governed by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia.

Intellectual Property:
All the material published on the website is owned by Collections by SB. This includes products, logos, designs, photographic images and advertisements. These may not be used or reproduced, transmitted, published, distributed, modified, displayed or utilised in any altered forms or derivative works.

The Collections by SB works hard to ensure the true colours are captured in the images displayed on this website. Please note that variations in computer monitors may result in a slight colour distortion from the original piece.

Currency:
Prices quoted on the site are displayed in $AUD.

Ordering:
Please be advised that once an order has been finalised we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

Availability of StockOnce your order is placed, if one of the items you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, an email will be sent notifying you of the estimated delivery time.  An item may not appear as ‘sold out’, however upon check-out, may have become sold out. In this instance you will be contacted via email to be advised if availability exceeds the standard 21 working day delivery.

Payment:
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard PayPal and Afterpay. Direct deposit to Collections by SB is available in certain circumstances. For further details please email info@collectionsbysb.com.

If the issuer declines payment for your order, Collections by SB will not be held liable for delay or non delivery of your order.
Please note that Collections by SB will not be liable for any fees or charges that may be applied by a customer’s bank in respect of any transactions made on this website.

All credit card details used for purchasing on COLLECTIONS BY SB are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. COLLECTIONS BY SB will not keep your payment details on the website or on their customer data base.

Shipping:
Shipping will be made through Australia Post and Fastway for domestic delivery within Australia or DHL “Express Courier International” for International Deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges:
A request to exchange must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the goods.
All requests are to be made via email at info@collectionsbysb.com.
Collections by SB does not provide refunds on any items purchased.
An Exchange Form will be issued to the customer upon a request to exchange. This must be sent back completed with the items to be exchanged. Products which do not have the original tags and Exchange Form completed will not be eligible for exchange. All jewellery returned for exchange must be new, unused, with Collections by SB tags still attached and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received and it’s condition assessed by Collections by SB and confirmed as new, unused and eligible for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched. There is strictly no return on earrings for hygiene purposes. Exchanges can only be made for jewellery/accessories of equal or greater value. All shipping charges for exchanges are incurred by the customer. Customers who are located outside of Australia may also incur duties and taxes.   All jewellery/accessories is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. Should you receive an item which is faulty, please contact Collections by SB immediately via email at
info@collectionsbysb.com.

All faults must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of the goods. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, you may do so, for the same item subject to availability. 
Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned. Collections by SB will pay for all shipping costs, domestic or international for faulty jewellery/accessories, however is not liable for any duties or taxes incurred by overseas customers.
Exchanges in accordance with these terms and conditions will only be given on products purchased on the Collections by SB website.

Limitation of Liability
Collections by SB excludes all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the material on and/or any use of this website or of the use of any goods purchased from Collections by SB. To the extent permitted by law, Collections by SB gives no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise as to the accuracy of the information on this website or the quality, standard, merchantability or availability of the goods displayed on this website.

In respect of any warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the liability of Collections by SB will be limited to any one of the following at our election:
(i)    the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(ii)   the repair of the goods;
(iii)   the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
(iv)   the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
(b)    in the case of services:
(i)     the supplying of the services again; or
(ii)    the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again

Jewellery Care:
When dressing, place the jewellery on last as this prevents the jewellery from coming into contact with sharp objects, harsh chemicals (ie perfumes, hairspray and chlorine) and extreme heat including sunlight can prolong the life of your jewellery. It is also recommended that you not wear the jewellery in water as this can tarnish the appearance of the jewellery.

It is recommended you carefully wipe the jewellery with a soft jewellery cleaning cloth after wear to remove chemicals and oils. You can also polish the stones using a special jewellery polishing cloth to make your jewels look good as new.

Store jewellery in a dry place in the pouch or jewellery box provided as this helps avoid contact with other jewellery and objects which may scratch, chip, tarnish and damage your Collections by SB piece.

COLLECTIONS BY SB is not responsible for careless wear or storage of pieces.
