PERSONALIZED ORDERS

***Please allow 7-10 business days for personalized orders to be created before shipment***

(Lead times may be increased during heavy sale periods).

We give our customers a 10 minute window to contact us via email with any post-order changes or cancellations on personalized or discounted items.

Non-personalized orders are processed and shipped within the next business day. You will receive an emailed shipment notification with tracking information once the order is complete and ready for shipment.

Personalized items are estimated to take 14 business days for production at this time. Business days are considered (Monday-Friday) 10 AM- 6 PM EST.

Our turnaround time is only an estimation, never a guarantee due to the unforeseen intake of orders at any given hour of the day.

These items are truly handmade by our staff and take a lot of time and care to perfect. 

*If you have received an order confirmation number, that means your order is with our production staff pending completion. Once your item is completed, inspected and packaged, an automated email will be sent to you containing tracking information.*  

Stock items will ship within 24-72 business hours depending on stock levels and custom sizing.  

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


A request to exchange must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the goods.
All requests are to be made via email at info@collectionsbysb.com.
Collections by SB does not provide refunds on any items purchased.
An Exchange Form will be issued to the customer upon a request to exchange. This must be sent back completed with the items to be exchanged. Products which do not have the original tags and Exchange Form completed will not be eligible for exchange. All jewellery returned for exchange must be new, unused, with Collections by SB tags still attached and in its original packaging. Once the product has been received and it’s condition assessed by Collections by SB and confirmed as new, unused and eligible for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched. There is strictly no return on earrings for hygiene purposes. Exchanges can only be made for jewellery/accessories of equal or greater value. All shipping charges for exchanges are incurred by the customer. Customers who are located outside of Australia may also incur duties and taxes.   All jewellery/accessories is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. Should you receive an item which is faulty, please contact Collections by SB immediately via email at info@collectionsbysb.com. 

 

EXCHANGE ADDRESS

All exchanges to Collections by SB must be sent with “SIGNATURE REQUIRED” for any carrier used. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping. Collections by SB is not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature acquired upon delivery. Please send to;
